Nell and Paul’s wedding was a love letter to autumn, a season they fully embraced when planning their celebration at North Cadbury Court. As two people deeply connected to the world of food and hospitality, their rehearsal dinner was more than just a meal – it was a curated experience, bringing together their closest friends, their favourite flavours, and a setting that felt warm, personal, and beautifully seasonal.

The florals, masterfully arranged by Caroline and her team at Fleur Provocateur, set the tone – deep, earthy hues, warm golden tones, and textures that reflected the shifting season. But what made this tablescape truly special was its edible element. Herbs, fruits, and vegetables were woven throughout the table plan and the décor itself, an homage to Nell and Paul’s passion for food.

Each table was named after a place close to the couple’s hearts – Manhattan and Laphroaig – a nod to their love of travel, adventure, and, of course, good whisky. The menu for the night was equally personal, crafted around the foods they love most. Every dish carried meaning, from flavours that sparked memories to ingredients that reflected their shared culinary experiences. The meal was a celebration of bold, seasonal flavours, designed to be shared and savoured among friends.
