Kaiya & Tom’s Coastal Castle Celebration at Pennsylvania Estate

Kaiya and Tom’s wedding was a breathtaking blend of historic charm and coastal beauty, set against the dramatic backdrop of Pennsylvania Estate Castle in Portland. Married in May, their celebration was effortlessly elegant – minimalist in design but rich in atmosphere, with crisp whites accented by vibrant flowers that added a splash of colour and energy to the day.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered for drinks and canapés, taking in the sweeping sea views as the afternoon light danced on the water. To complement the setting, we created a selection of refined, yet relaxed canapes perfectly paired with celebratory cocktails and sparkling wine.

The fire pit dining experience was at the heart of Kaiya and Tom’s vision – food cooked over open flames, served to share, and designed to bring people together. Whole chickens were slow roasted over fire and served with vibrant sides. Bowls of crisp salads, charred vegetables, and fragrant herbs added freshness, creating a balance of indulgence and lightness.

The setting was effortlessly stylish, with a focus on natural textures and soft, candlelit warmth. The result was an evening that felt both intimate and grand, a perfect fusion of the castle’s historic grandeur and the laid-back, joyful spirit of a coastal celebration.
